1. Sign up and Consent Requirements

It is important to note that by providing the payment facility, we are not acting as trustees or in a fiduciary capacity regarding the transaction.
2.3 We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with the Platform, considering commercial standards. Additionally, we will offer reasonable technical support services in accordance with our established practices. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be always available. The availability of the Platform may be affected by factors including but not limited to:
(a) Outages in public Internet backbones, networks, or servers.
(b) Failures of your equipment, systems, or local access services.
(c) Pre-scheduled maintenance periods.
(d) Issues caused by third-party vendors or service providers of the Company.
(e) Failures of systems or servers of third parties, including government authorities and financial institutions such as asset management companies or other financial intermediaries.
(f) Events beyond our control, such as strikes, riots, fires, floods, explosions, war, governmental actions, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, hacking, phishing, or interruptions in Internet services in the area where the Company or its servers are located or co-located.
(g) Compliance with instructions received from governmental or regulatory authorities.

2.4 Occasionally, we may offer upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Platform. These updates are generally provided to you at no additional cost and will be considered part of the Platform, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement. However, it is important to note that we are not obligated to provide any updates under these Terms or any other agreement. You understand that the Company reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions or releases of the Platform at its sole discretion.
2.5 By accessing or using the Platform or by availing Services, you agree not to:
2.6.1 host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information (if provided with the functionality to do so on the Platforms) that:
(a) Belongs to another person without the necessary rights or authorization.
(b) Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting, harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling, or is inconsistent with or contrary to the laws of Nepal.
(c) Is harmful to minors.
(d) Infringes upon any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
(e) Violates any current applicable law.
(f) Deceives or misleads the recipient about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates false or misleading information that may reasonably be perceived as factual.
(g) Impersonates another person.
(h) Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, or incites the commission of any cognizable offense, or insults any foreign states.
(i) Contains software viruses or any other computer code, file, or program designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
(j) Is knowingly false and untrue, written or published with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause harm to any person.
(k) Engage in or promote surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters through the Services.
(l) use the Services if you are below the age of 18 (eighteen) years.
(m) engage in reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or any other attempts to uncover the source code of the Services or Platform, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

If you access these links, your access to the third-party websites will be subject to the policies of those websites. We recommend that you review the policies of third-party websites.
All information, including but not limited to, tax filing deadlines, tax related news, and other regulatory news provided through the Platform are for general guidance only and should only be used for general information on matters of general interest only. The impact of legislation can vary significantly depending on the specifics of each case. Due to the ever-changing nature of legislation, rules, and regulations, as well as the inherent risks associated with electronic communication, such information may be delayed, omitted, or misstated. 4. User Undertaking
The Register User hereby acknowledge, agree, and undertake that-
“I have read and understood and agreed to the terms and conditions contained in the application and forms provided in the platform. I expressly authorize the use of Business Registration Certificate, PAN Certificate to the platform. I confirm that the details provided by me are true and correct.”
“ The details of Yearly Transactions and Yearly profit are self-verified. I hereby authorize the use of the related information provided by me to file the tax return by the platform on my behalf.”
5. Online Payment – Payment Gateway Terms
The Funds transfer will be made via e-payment gateway facility. The Funds transfer will be made through third party payment gateway service providers regulated by the Nepal Rastra Bank. Registered User shall not use or authorize to use the payment gateway facility, or any services associated with it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
The Registered User shall utilize the payment gateway at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable or liable for any claim, loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of the occurrence of such risks. Risks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
(a) Misuse of Password
(b) Internet Frauds
(c) Technology Risks
6. Miscellaneous
You keep the records independently from the Platform (physical copies, etc.) and the Company has the right to request copies of the records for its own use, including record keeping. By doing so, you give the Company the right to keep your information as long as it sees fit and in accordance with applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to charge fee for the Services and non-payment may result in denial of Services.
